Returns & Satisfaction Guarantee

At Primus Seat Covers, we want you to buy with confidence.
If you’re not completely happy, we’ll work with you to put it right.

60-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

You can return your order within 60 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

We understand that seat covers need to be trial-fitted to check compatibility. That’s absolutely fine — but please ensure they are:

  • Clean
  • Undamaged
  • Free from pet hair, heavy dirt, grease or permanent marks
  • Returned with all straps, fixings and original packaging where possible

We reserve the right to reduce refunds if items are returned in a condition that prevents resale.


Free Returns – When We Cover the Cost

We will cover return postage if:

  • We sent the wrong item
  • The product is faulty
  • There is a confirmed fitment issue

In these cases, please contact us first and we will issue a prepaid return label.


Change of Mind / Incorrect Order

If you ordered the wrong seat type or changed your mind:

  • Returns are still accepted within 60 days
  • Return postage is the customer’s responsibility
  • We recommend using a tracked service

If you would prefer an exchange instead of a refund, we’re happy to arrange that.


How to Start a Return

  1. Email us at hello@primusseatcovers.com
  2. Include your order number and reason for return
  3. We’ll confirm the return instructions and address

Please do not send items back without contacting us first.


Refunds

Refunds are processed within 5 working days of receiving the returned goods.

Original outbound postage (if paid) is non-refundable unless the item is faulty or incorrect.


Your Statutory Rights

This policy does not affect your legal rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations. You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods and a further 14 days to return them.
