DELIVERY CHARGES

• FREE UK Mainland delivery for all orders 

*Non-UK mainland includes Northern Ireland, Republic of Ireland, Scottish Highlands, Jersey, Guernsey and the Isle of Wight.

DELIVERY TIMINGS

All orders placed before 11.00 on a weekday are shipped the same day.
Smaller items are usually delivered within 1 working day, Monday to Friday 7.30am until 5pm. The majority of orders are shipped on a next day basis using DPD, Royal Mail or Evri, and you will receive tracking information via email and text* once your parcel has been despatched.

Please note delivery timescales may be longer for non-mainland or rural postcodes. Delivery may also take longer during public holidays and over the Christmas period when our offices are closed.
